The University of Zakho is pleased to announce that four professors from the College of Science, namely Prof. Dr. Hajar Farhan Ismail, Prof. Dr. Nofal Rashid Hussein, Ph.D. Karmina Kamal Ali, and Dr. Sameera Sh. Mohammad Ameen,  have been included in the list of the world’s Top 2% most influential scientists.

 

It should be noted that this list is prepared by Elsevier and Stanford University (USA) based on scientific and academic achievements, using bibliometric indicators in connection with Elsevier and Scopus data. The evaluation criteria include the H-index (Scopus), citation counts, ranking of researchers in their fields of study, and single-authored publications, among others.
